By using NurtureAI, you agree to these terms. NurtureAI provides parenting and pregnancy guidance — but it's not a substitute for medical advice from your healthcare provider.
1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the NurtureAI mobile application or related services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using NurtureAI, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
- You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- You're responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@geezapps.com.
4. Medical disclaimer
NurtureAI is not a medical service. The information provided by the app, including AI-generated content, articles, recipes, and tracking suggestions, is for informational and educational purposes only.
- NurtureAI does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice.
- Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical questions, especially regarding pregnancy, your child's health, vaccinations, or treatment decisions.
- Never delay seeking medical attention because of something you read in NurtureAI.
- In an emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Post harmful, harassing, defamatory, or obscene content in the community
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
- Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property or privacy
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Sell, resell, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. User content
You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, posts, comments). By submitting content, you grant NurtureAI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for operating and improving the Service.
You're responsible for the content you post. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.
7. Subscriptions and payments
- Free tier: Core tracking features, community access, and 10 AI messages per day are free.
- Premium tier: Unlimited AI chat, advanced insights, and other premium features for a monthly subscription fee.
- Family tier: Premium features plus family sharing for up to 6 members.
- Billing: Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation: Manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Refunds: Refund policies follow Apple and Google's respective terms.
8. AI features
NurtureAI includes AI-powered chat, photo analysis, and content generation. AI responses are generated based on your inputs and general knowledge — they may contain errors or inaccuracies. Always verify important information independently and consult professionals when appropriate.
9. Family sharing
If you invite family members to share your account, you confirm that you have authorization to share the data involved. Each family member is bound by these Terms when accessing shared data.
10. Intellectual property
NurtureAI, including the app, branding, content, and underlying technology, is owned by Geez Apps and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.
11. Termination
You may stop using NurtureAI at any time and delete your account through Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NurtureAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold NurtureAI harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll notify you via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where Geez Apps operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and through binding arbitration if negotiation fails.
