Is NurtureAI free to use?
Yes! NurtureAI is free to download and use. Core features like pregnancy tracking, milestones, vaccinations, and 10 daily AI messages are completely free. Premium and Family plans unlock unlimited AI chat and advanced features.
How do I verify my email after signing up?
After creating an account, check your inbox (including spam folder) for a verification email. Tap the verification link, and you'll be redirected to a confirmation page. Then return to the app and sign in.
Can my partner share my account?
Yes! With family sharing, you can invite up to 5 family members to share access to your child's tracking data, milestones, and appointments. Available on all plans.
Is the AI advice medically reliable?
NurtureAI's AI provides evidence-based information sourced from trusted medical organizations like WHO, AAP, NHS, CDC, ACOG, and Mayo Clinic. However, our AI is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical decisions.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your App Store or Google Play account. To cancel: open Settings on your device → tap your name → Subscriptions → NurtureAI → Cancel. Your premium access continues until the end of the billing period.
Is my data private and secure?
Absolutely. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard security. We never sell your data. You can export or delete your data at any time from the app's settings. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What languages are supported?
NurtureAI supports 7 languages: English, Amharic, Spanish, French, Arabic, Swahili, and Portuguese. Change your language anytime from Profile → Settings → Language.
How do I export my data?
Open the app → Profile → Settings → Data Export. You can export your data as JSON, CSV, or PDF (great for sharing with your pediatrician). Premium users get unlimited exports.
The app crashed or isn't working — what should I do?
Try these steps: (1) Close and reopen the app, (2) Check for app updates in the App Store/Google Play, (3) Restart your device. If the issue persists, email bugs@geezapps.com with details and a screenshot if possible.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app → Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data. The action cannot be undone. If you need help, email support@geezapps.com.
